One
of our favorite Feng Shui 'tools' are light-refracting lead crystals.
These rainbow makers have a remarkable number of applications and produce
quick results. The question is, are the results good or bad? Until you
understand how they work, it's easy to twist your home's energy into
directions you didn't want to go. We've seen it happen many times. Learn
the correct principles and they become powerful tools for boosting communication,
raising energy, supercharging specific aspects of your life and generally
illuminating your world. Leaded glass crystals are cut into various
shapes to be both beautiful and produce beauty in the form of rainbows.
The
key to the crystal's action is that they move photons, light particles,
from one place to another, changing their direction and splitting them
into their purest form, color. A great place to use them is a western-facing
window. Western light is very tiring because it's hot and color starved.
That's why furnishings in western rooms fade quickly. If you spend much
time in a room bathed in western light you'll start fading too. Remember
the last time you sat in a western-facing room and watched a Summer
time sunset.
Now,
remember how your plans for going out to dinner and a movie turned into
popcorn and a video, at home and then falling asleep on the couch. A
rainbow maker in the window overcomes that problem. However, if you
have a neighbor on that side that's downright annoying, the crystal
gathers their energy and carries it into your home and you'll find yourself
even more annoyed. Clients of ours, with a construction project to the
west of their home, were obsessively aggravated by the turmoil, until
they took their crystals down. They immediately felt better. Refracting
crystals move light and light is information.
To
increase communications in an office between specific people hang a
crystal from the ceiling between their desks, creating an information
conduit. Hung over the kitchen table a crystal gets everyone communicating
more effectively. That's why dinners under crystal chandeliers yield
such sparkling conversations. If part of your life needs a boost, consult
the Bagua, the map of how your life energy interacts with your space,
and hang a crystal in your target spot. Light moving through it creates
a large energy field and the more light the better.
But
light energy is mental and spiritual so if you hang the crystal in your
passion corner, don't expect steamy results, although flirting skills
may improve dramatically. Rainbow makers are a huge help for clearing
ghosts. If you have a little Casper hanging around, open the room's
curtains as wide as possible and hang a crystal or two in the windows.
Often it won't be hanging in the sunlight because ghosts get stuck in
the darker rooms.
Refracting
crystals are the cell phones of the spiritual world. That crystal plugs
them into the trans-dimensional phone lines and when that little lost
soul dials 911, help will come and lead them on. When you're moving
to a new home, the last things you should pack are your crystals and
your door chimes and they're the first things to hang up as you make
your new home.
